Jeffery Wampler works with clients who require legal services related to commercial real estate as a potential investment or who need help managing existing properties.
A 1983 graduate of Indiana University and a 1986 graduate of Valparaiso School of Law, he is knowledgeable about today's intricate real estate laws. Through his memberships in the Champaign County Board of Realtors, the board of directors of the National Apartment Owners Association and the Champaign Chamber of Commerce, he is immediately aware of new developments in real estate.

Jeff helps his clients with the sale and purchase of commercial and multi-family property transactions, and financing, leasing, and zoning issues. As an attorney, he is able to represent his clients at closings, making sure their interests are protected from any eventuality.
Perhaps one of the most important services Jeff provides is to see that all aspects of a real estate purchase are completed on time and performed in their proper sequence. To do this, he must also be familiar with the most recent court cases and local developments which might affect his client and thoroughly review all information about the property.
